One Piece OP-18 "God's Domination": The complete booster guide
Share
Water Seven, CP9, Baroque Works… and the shadow of the God’s Knights. On November 20, 2026, the One Piece Card Game will release the French version of the OP-18 "The Dominance of God" booster set, the massive expansion celebrating the game's 4th anniversary. On the agenda: the very first Franky leader, the arrival of Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock, a Nico Robin Manga card, a new "Super Parallel" rarity… and two cards illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano, the legendary Final Fantasy artist. Here is everything we know so far.
01
Water Seven and the God’s Knights
The eighteenth booster for the One Piece Card Game, OP-18 "The Dominance of God" (神の支配 in Japan), was announced on August 23, 2026, during ONE PIECE DAY '26. Bandai summarizes the expansion in one sentence: "The 18th booster highlights Water Seven and the order of the God’s Knights."
The set blends two eras. On one side, the Water Seven / Enies Lobby arc: Franky and his Franky Family, Iceburg, Galley-La, Spandam's CP9, Kalifa and Rob Lucci, or even the Mini-Merry. On the other, current events from the manga featuring the God’s Knights (Elbaf arc): Saint Gunko and Saint Figarland Shamrock make their game debut. A third theme is included in the list: Alabasta and Baroque Works, with Vivi, Karoo, Miss All Sunday, Mr. 1 & Miss Doublefinger, or Mr. 0 & Miss All Sunday.
The booster features the "4th Anniversary" logo: OP-18 marks the game's 4th year, giving Bandai the perfect occasion to release new special rarities.

Final Fantasy × One Piece: Yoshitaka Amano's cards
★ Two cards illustrated by the Final Fantasy artist
This is THE surprise of the expansion. Yoshitaka Amano, the long-standing character designer for the Final Fantasy saga (the man who has drawn the characters and logos for the series since 1987), has created two original cards for OP-18. The news was unveiled at ONE PIECE DAY '26 and confirmed by the artist himself on August 25, 2026.

Saint Shamrock is a new card from the expansion: a cost-8 God’s Knights / Celestial Dragons character that returns from the trash when KO'd. Loki (the Prince of Elbaf) is a reprint of his OP-17 Secret Rare: same text, but with the illustration entirely reimagined by Amano. Each exists in Parallel and Gold Parallel: these will undoubtedly be the most sought-after cards in the set for collectors.

Super Parallel Gunko and Manga Robin
Saint Gunko — "God’s Knights" Super Parallel
A new rarity for the game's 4th anniversary: the Super Rare OP18-065 (cost 10, 11,000 power, Blocker) receives a Super Parallel version in a black and gold manga style, featuring the other God’s Knights in the background. In Japan, early estimates are already labeling it the most expensive card in the set.
Nico Robin — Manga card
The first Manga card for Nico Robin, in her Enies Lobby outfit, set against original manga panel backgrounds. A highly anticipated card by Robin fans, which is likely to rise in value quickly.
Another manga nod: the three Sleeptids cards (Elbaf) can be placed side-by-side to form a single large panel, with artwork that continues from one card to the next.

04
The 6 OP-18 leaders
Six leaders have been announced, including two dual-colored ones that are expected to make an impact in tournaments: Franky (Green/Purple) and Saint Gunko (Purple/Black). The effects below are summarized from unofficial translations of the Japanese cards; they may change slightly in the French version.

Franky
The very first Franky leader. It focuses on Stage cards: they gain a Counter bonus in hand, and Franky can play one directly from his hand once per turn.

Saint Gunko
The leader of the God’s Knights. She draws when a character returns to the field from the trash and accelerates DON!! if you control a large character (8,000 power or more).

Monkey D. Luffy
Water Seven version of Luffy: with 3 DON!!, he can restand once per turn during an attack, at the cost of not restanding on the next turn.

Miss All Sunday
Baroque Works-era Robin: each time one of your Baroque Works characters with 3,000 power or more is KO'd, you draw a card and your opponent discards one.

Karoo
Vivi's duck leads the Animals of Alabasta: they gain Rush and +1,000 power, and you draw when one of them is KO'd.

Spandam
The head of CP9: by sacrificing DON!! and a CP card from your hand, he adds the top card of your deck to your Life.
Parallel leaders
Franky and Gunko also get Parallel versions with exclusive artwork: Franky in a "SUPER!" pose with the Franky Family, and Gunko in an explosion of purple and red colors.

French, English, or Japanese?
OP-18 is released in three languages. The French and English versions are released on the same day, November 20, 2026, with the exact same card list, set numbers (OP18-001 to OP18-119), and format: 12-card booster packs. The English booster actually displays both mentions: "12-Card Booster Pack" and "12 Cartes Par Booster".

English version in brief
- Name: BOOSTER PACK -THE DOMINANCE OF GOD- [OP-18]. Card names change slightly: Sainte Gunko becomes Saint Gunko, the Holy Knights of God remain the same.
- Price: $4.99 per booster in the US (official MSRP).
- Number of cards: The official site announces 127 + 1 cards, but the English booster indicates "126+1 types in total". Bandai has not yet explained this discrepancy.
- Tournaments: English cards are legal for official tournament play 7 days after release (from the pre-release for in-store events). They are accepted everywhere in Europe, just like the French ones.

- Announcements: The official English account (@ONEPIECE_tcg_EN) regularly reveals new cards before release, such as Dorry, which forces the opponent to discard.
French or English version
12-card boosters, release November 20. These are the only two versions accepted in official Bandai tournaments in Europe: the right choice for playing.
Japanese version
6-card boosters at ¥240, release November 21. Collectors appreciate it for the card finish and the price per booster, but it is not legal for official tournaments in Europe.
